Incredibly comfortable beanie and outstanding customer service
When I was diagnosed with cancer about 6 weeks ago, a friend sent me one of these for when my hair fell out. The hair has gone and I have found this beanie unbelievably comfortable for sleeping. (It is surprising how cold a hairless head gets at night!!). So I decided to order a second hat via Amazon Prime. NOTE - at present the sizing isn't shown on Amazon and I have an XL bonce!! When the hat arrived, it was too small, so I contacted the really lovely lady at Bold Beanies who - without hesitation - sent me an XL version free of charge which arrived within 24 hours.Now - that's what I call customer service!! An outstanding product and a really understanding vendor - what's not too like. The Beanie has not been quite warm enough for daytime use here in the Scottish Borders when the temperature in early April has only just reached double figures, but when the weather warms, it well be a really great all-day beanie. I may even miss it when my treatment is done and I am fixed!!An unreserved 5-Star review!!
