The product was packaged very well and the item had no damage whatsoever. The whiteboard also came with markers and an eraser which was a pleasant surprise. The only problem I encountered with the whiteboard was that the markers, whichever one i used, would absolutely refuse to be wiped from the whiteboard. At first I thought the whiteboard was of poor quality, but after doing a small bit of research, I discovered that most whiteboards similar to the one I purchased come with a very thin protective shield over the board itself. Once I removed the protective sheet, the whiteboard performed with perfection. The reason I included this part into the review was due to the abundance of reviews I have seen with the same problem. All you have to do is remove the protective shield and the board is good to go! Hope this review helps people out there :)

This is great - I know what size I ordered, but it was still a slight surprise how big it was when it arrived. No problem - loads of space for notes and designs. Has a plastic tray at the bottom to sit your pens, wipe on. Comes with a clear film cover which is a bugger to remove, but once done it's a great white board. Good quality aluminium edging and excellent magnetic properties. Maybe the little tray could be a fraction wider - but it's perfectly ok. The tray can be moved along, so that you can position it anywhere along the bottom - that's a useful feature. Has two 'hooks' at the top for fixing - might be good if it had two at the bottom as well, then you could fix the bottom, as it is it swings a little (I stuck blu-tack behind it).

Sadly this is not a 5 Star whiteboard at all. I bought it thinking it was as described, the well known '5 Star' office supplies brand. It was not.It just had a sticker saying 'Magic Whiteboard; on it.On opening it we were dismayed to see it looked absolutely nothing like the photo, was cheap and thin and indeed had rough and sharp edges.

After searching for weeks for the perfect whiteboard I finally decided on this one after the positive reviews and I am so glad I did. It arrived undamaged and it was so easy to put up! Just two nails in the wall and it's up. I haven't taken the protective film off yet so I don't know if there will be any damage once I do that but so far I am thrilled with this whiteboard. I think it's great value for money, I was worried I'd receive something too small but it's perfect for my home office and there is plenty of room for me to organise my life and for my 4 year old to practice her writing too!I'd buy this item again.It came with the attached pen shelf, two pens, two magnets and an eraser.

I use this white board for a ling time. Surface quality is still look like the purchase day IF YOU KEEP IT WELL.Easy cleaning, use just the usual tissues for best result. Using the good brands of whiteboard pens nake it more durable and shiny. I like it and is my first point if contact day to day!!!!Hope you enjoy it as well as me.

came the day after it dispactched in absoltuly perfect condition, the crews was there but i do think that one pact wasnt as there is meant to be two ways to put it on the wall but there wasnt...but it was in perfect condition which was the main thing as everyone was saying theres came damgaeged but i took the chance.it really big nice size.only problem would be that the instructions where vague only on pictures no words but it was easy enough to follow !! it was on the wall within around 15minutes,the pen tray is not that great as the pens can easily role of it but it u like stick blue take to the pen or something you can prevent it from roling.the pens wipe of good as at the moment im using cheap 99p shop pens so im guessing the 5star pens i ordered are going to be much better. you cant put the board up alone though ! just so you knowoverall it is AMAZING perfect for revision purposes and i highly highly highly recommend it to ANYONE :) it looks amazing, comes before it should and is overall just really impressive :) im extrelemy satisfied with this !!!

I received the boards in perfect time, very quick in my humble which is a great point however the packaging is not that protective and the first one I opened has a dint in the surface where it has been damaged from the back. Not huge and my usual perfectionism was over ridded by time requirements, I need them both on the wall for that evening.The second was undamaged but when following the instructions to hang avoid screwing the top to the wall tightly until you have at least one screw in one of the bottom positions otherwise you might suffer as I did with the board falling apart from its rim. Thankfully it didn't damage the desk and computers it was being positioned above.However, they're cheap and they do the job so unless you're a perfectionist they'll do the job just fine, but remember to place a screw in one of the bottom positions first to avoid the board falling apart.

I've ordered two of these boards, one about 3 years ago and another just last week. The latest one is not as pictured. It's a cheap alternative with unsightly hooks at the top which don't hold the board at all well! I've fitted it now but I really should have sent it back. Don't buy.
