I've tried a few different grounding sheets. Honestly, I'm skeptical of the premise and after giving it a try, I cannot say that I feel anything different at all from using them. They pretty much stay on my bed until I get tired of putting them back on after bedsheet laundry day comes, and that's that. All of that said, I would recommend these to someone thinking of trying them out. They are relatively comfortable and the cotton blend helps them by inobtrusive on the bed. I've tried others that were just too crinkly or felt like they made skin hot for laying on them. These breath nicely and are a size that won't get in the way of sleeping. Overall, a pretty good quality option, and not a high price at all. The connectors and the cord length are good for a relatively unobstrusive installation.

I am not sure if I am noticing results yet or if I am imagining it, but I haven't noticed anything bad happen since I started using it. It is not scratchy or uncomfortable, but not the softest thing you will sleep with. I would say that the stated measurements are accurate. According to the care instructions, it can handle being washed in the machine.

I've seen these advertised all the time and was pretty skeptical, but I think it actually works a little in that so far, I've been waking up with less overall body fatigue. The first morning I even felt a sort of tingling sensation like static electricity in my back. It's only half the width of a twin-sized bed, so it's barely enough for a single person. I'm going to try to invest in a larger size in the future.

I didn't know much about this as a sleep tool but liked the idea of grounding in general. The effects are subtle so it is hard to say it is working but I am a restless sleeper and up every night at 3 AM. This is not getting rid of that habit totally but I get more continuous hours of sleep each night. I also fall asleep more easily.
