**Q: Do these make the gas go? I am looking for something to help with gas as mine are quite loud (this isnt to have all the time but i have a wedding soon**
A: Hi Sophie, I must say that they never really helped my husband but definitely deflated our Doberman when he had a swollen tummy from trapped wind. My husband uses 4 medicated charcoal tablets and they work much better. Maybe try them?

These are the only indigestion tablets that work for trapped wind, and if you're a sufferer from that you know just how painful that can be, I've docked one point because of the foil encasing each tablet, because almost every time I removed a tablet I suffered a tiny nick on my fingers!
