I do mix mine with lemon and lime juice with water as it does have a slight fishy taste. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality if expensive collagen *by G***O on 22 August 2024* I usually use Hunter and Gather collagen but a good friend told me to give this a go so I thought I would. But it’s more expensive and I’m not impressed by fancy labels or the fact that I receive less. It is easily dissolved in my bulletproof coffee every morning and is easily used in all sorts of drinks and baking. I can’t detect any taste whatsoever - I’m mixing it with True Start coffee, ghee and sometimes Sukrin Gold. Also I live off a breakfast shake so I chuck 25g avocado, 15g coconut oil, 150ml almond milk, 60g almond butter, 3 raspberries, 12g double cream with a scoop of collagen in a blender and that gets me through until second breakfast. Bit more protein and no effect on my stomach.
