NO DRIVER USB INCLUDED!
Description along with AI in "Ask A Question" stated that it comes with A usb with the correct drivers needed. Not TRUE! Had to scan the QR code on the metal bracket of card to be taken to the Marvell website then sort out all the drivers available and hope that I grabbed the right one. The card does work well but I took off 2 star because Description and AI's answer about the USB was incorrect. and another 1 star because the driver is in 2 zipped folders with all kinds of stuff in them that make it so confusing and is listed under "Marvell_AQtion_x64_Win_ver3.1.10.0_signed" Nothing anywhere or in any folders was named "Marvell AQC113" Which is what would be common sense name to use so you know it's the correct driver for the card. Good Luck! EDIT: Removed leftover stars because the card stopped working 3 Days later, The card vanished from my PC! It's still connected where I originally placed it however, windows 11 pro will not recognize it! I spent about 3 hours troubleshooting it trying everything, different slot, uninstalling and reinstalling via OS and physically reloading drivers, everything that I could try all to no avail. This card that was working fine 3 days ago is just not recognized in my PC/OS anymore. I have now returned it for a full refund! Time to look for another brand... Meanwhile what a waste of time!

Perfect 10gb connection
Installation was as easy as I could have hoped for. After booting up, Windows 11 was able to pull the needed driver over wifi so it's plug and play. It does include a sticker with a QR code that takes you directly to the driver source website so you can download it manually if needed. I ended up doing a manual download myself for good measure, which was very easy to do. Temperature seems to run cooler than my previous solution, which was an SFP+ PCIe adapter which got hot enough that I couldn't touch it with bare hands. This adapter runs around 45-47C during normal use, so cooler by a longshot and much easier to keep under control in a standard PC case. Full 10gb speeds on my internal network and the drivers are great. That plus cooler operation means I can fully recommend it if you need it.

perfect Ethernet upgrade
Even my brand new motherboard for my latest build only had 5Gb onboard. I had recently rewired my house to Cat 6A and wanted to have a full 10Gb link between my NAS and my main computer. This fit the bill. Full speed over my home network and no issues whatsoever. I have not seen any drawbacks. Some complain about heat and connectivity issues, but I had none of that. The only time I had an issue was while I was installing Windows and it did not automatically have a driver available for this card. What I am saying is normally the Ethernet on the motherboard automatically has a driver for Windows installation. I had disabled the motherboard Ethernet and had to download a driver for this card prior to installing Windows. Not a big deal, just an added step that people should be aware of. Fit is not problem as it is a short card. I've not had any stability issues with this at all in the several months I've had it up and running.

If you have an x4 slot and need small and functional 10G copper, it's great
It's compatible with Win 11 and Debian and Ubuntu Linux. I tried this out connecting to a MokerLink 8 port SFP based 10G desktop switch and a 10GTek 10G copper SFP with a Cat 8 cable and it connected up fine. I did have to download the Marvell driver for this in Windows 10. The heat sink keeps it pretty cool, so no thermal issues.

Connection randomly drops out
On a Windows 11 PC using the AQC113 drivers straight from Marvell, connection speeds negotiate at 10Gb as advertised and speeds seem fine, plugged into a USW Flex XG switch. Problem is that the connection will just randomly drop out completely. Disabling and reenabling the adapter in device manager will bring the connection back until the connection drops again.

Works well!
Worked well in a HP Microserver G8 with a Xeon 1265L v2 on PCIe Gen 3 running TrueNAS. It's been in there working reliably for the past month. It replaced an Intel X540-T1 based NIC which was much larger, ran hot, and drew 15-20W. This Marvell AQC113 NIC is smaller, runs much cooler, and has only ~3-5W power draw. Maintained 9.4 Gbps send/receive with IPerf3, which is consistent with the 10GbE hardware speeds in my network, and without temperature spikes or speed dips during the test. Highly recommended!

Packet Loss While Gaming
Mixed feelings about this card. Sadly it just didn't work for me unlike many others. I originally bought two cards, one for my gaming PC and server. The card worked right away without having to manually install drivers on Windows 11 and Unraid. I could use the internet normally and transfer large files without issues. When I tried to play online games on the Windows 11 PC it kept losing packets and losing connection entirely. I tried manually installing the drivers (same one Windows installs automatically). I thought it might be overheating seating next to the GPU and installed a small case fan, but same issue. I gave up after ordering a replacement and suffering from the same issue. I refunded the card meant for my gaming PC and kept the one in my Unraid server.
