Easy to use I've used neck pull for many years The old one was hard to use. This makes set up alot easier

My husband used that, and probably because he is heavy (about 200 pounds) it ripped after him using it for the first time. But I upgraded it on my sewing machine and really happy about it now.

Not very comfortable and not very ergonomic compared to other devices as the same price range. Purchased 2, both broke immeditely with little tentsion applied compared to the resiliance of others. Don't waste your money.

As the title says, when I opened the package, the product smelled like chemicals, perhaps the nylon or whatever the fabric is made out of. I used it in conjunction with other parts to provide neck decompression after a strain. Do not perform on your own without consulting a chiropractor as you can aggravate the existing injury or do further damage.

You get a head sling ONLY, NO "Neck Traction Device Over The Door for Home Use, Portable Neck Stretcher." That being said, using the sling itself with another "device", it should be tailored shorter for the back of your head, as the way it is presently designed pulls up only on your chin/jaw.
