Q: Whats the volume of this kit? E.g. 250ml or 500ml total? Thanks

Each bottle is 300ml, both together 600ml. Obviously when the object to mould is added the gel is somewhat displaced, so use a container of well above 1 litre capacity

This resin can't be cured or speed up curing by UV light. What you can do to speed up the curing is to put it in a warm dry place. Or get a resin curing mat, that helps.

Q: Can you use this inside a silicone mould along with realese agent, so i can make ( flexible rubber cast )

You would need to lay down a super heavy coating of release agent and even then I would probably say not. One thing silicone loves to bond with is other silicone. So miss a patch or go too lightly and your original mould is done for. So personally I would not recommend it unless you don’t mind risking the original mould.

Im not sure, I think so. I tried to make a mild For I tried to mould An ice cream cone.. I failed but if your item is a hard tube then I think i it would work.
