Registration was a simple process that took no more than 30sec to complete. The step by step instructions were easy to read and perform. The mailing process was beyond easy! Placed the sample swabs into its own separate envelops that were included with the kit and into a safe sealed pre paid package. Dropped off at a nearby fedex location and recieved updates from pick up to shipping, to being recieved at the lab all through email. The process took a day after being recieved!! The process from purchase, testing and shipping was all super easy. The results that came back definitely gives my family a peace of mind and we were promptly provided with those as well. If shipping from Canada it takes a little longer to get to lab but was still a short time period.

The instructions was great and easy to do and delivered within a few days to my house but delivering it back to their facility takes 2-3weeks and after they received the samples took them 4 business days but including weekends I had to wait an extra 2 days for results so 6days in total after they received the samples. I honestly am not sure if the results are true or not? I don't think the price is good if we can't use this in court or to add someone to the birth certificate. It is not Wet Ink either to make sure it isn't altered and to receive the mailed results going to take 2 weeks. I would rather call for inquiries not text the support team. I am not happy with this experience.

It was fast shipping received it on time instruction were really simple and easy Easy to understand but when they receive it, depending on where your location is, it does take about 2 weeks or longer for the place to receive it the samples And to get the results it takes about anywhere from 2 to 6 days to get them when I receive my results highly recommend if I ever have to do DNA testing again I would buy this again.
