Only one arm, i assumed it came as a pair, also too big but that was probably my mistake, still abit annoying

Size down for tighter fit
Great product but I would recommend sizing down if you have lean long muscles.I had measured my elbow joint circumference and it is 11.4. According to the chart I had ordered size L. In my opinion it fitted my elbow arm loose. Given that with time the sleeve will only stretch I had decided to return L and got M size. Medium fits nicely and quite tight. If you have longer and leaner muscles and looking for a tight fit: size down.

Fascia per gomito ottima. Attenzione alla scelta della taglia. Avevo seguito la guida e con la misura del gomito avevo preso XL. Effettuato reso, poiché enorme, ed ho preso M che è perfetta.Resistente, avvolge bene il gomito. Io la sto utilizzando per allenarmi con un epitrocleite in corso.

Prodotto molto valido e per me è stato molto utile per poter lavorare. La sto utilizzando dopo essere stata curata male per una epicondilite, al braccio destro. Attualmente questo prodotto mi ha dato la possibilità di poter lavorare limitando molto il fastidioso dolore che avvertivo quando muovevo il braccio e riducendo di fatto i gonfiori e le infiammazioni dovute alle varie sollecitazioni lavorative.Lo consiglio.
