Per-Used flawed design machine for 8k+
Buckle up to assemble this machine with a manual which appears to have gobbled many pages losing continuity. If you take the courage to assemble it looking at YouTube videos that are available, you will be disappointed to see there are multiple scratches on metal products which indicate it’s a used product or pathetic storage facility for this product. The strap to hold the drive shaft and engine weight is flimsy relatively for the weight it needs to manage. If you work out in the gym this design is manageable as one needs to carry 6+kgs across one side of the shoulder and hot air blowing into one’s armpits which can act as sauna in cold regions.

God quality weed eater/ brush cutter
I have been using the machine regularly for two months. Did not give me any trouble yet. Changed engine oil few times. It starts with a couple of pulls on cold start. Otherwise the machine starts with one pull. The machine comes with a two yr warranty also. Only negative point from my side is , the rubber hose on the shaft and the shoulder strap pad tore which are a minor infraction. I had good customer support also from the company. I wish they have more English speaking customer support personnel. Recommend the machine strongly. The paddy shield, and sixtuy teeth blade are useless for weed cutting. I use a two teeth blade for hard and and strong weed cutting. It is a dependable machine. No smoke or soot since it is a four stroke engine.

Worst product
RBD has the worst customer support. The product stopped working just a few months after purchase, and despite being under warranty, they’re asking for charges. No one responds to calls. I strongly advise others not to buy from this company.
