I suggest you go one notch lighter than your hair color (seems to me that doing that actually matches it closer and more natural to your beard color). Originally, I tried matching exactly the color but the shade was a notch darker so it looked not as natural. Looks: After finding the 'right color' to match my beard, it looks great. It hides the grays and does the intended job Price: Overall i think the price is fair for what you want. Lasting: The item says it lasts 30 days. I use it twice a day because sometimes i shower and have to re apply. It lasts the workday if you leave it alone, if you mess with your beard during the day it may not last all day. Feel: When you apply this it can cause your beard to feel a bit hard (it seems to stick the hairs together a bit but they can easily come apart with water). If you have a signficant other that may be a little awkward for them to feel that but they may not notice.

I have to dye my scruff about every 4 to 5 days, but after day 2 or 3 there's an obvious grey line on my chin, and that's a big problem right? This is so handy to just patch that area for 1, 2, or 3 days before I can get around to dying it. Since I use all natural brown beard dye (bought here on amazon), which works great, but it takes around 30 minutes to an hour to do, so this product here is used inbetween making my life so much easier overall and looking good, feeling great. AWESOME PRODUCT, buy it now. very effective, and wipes off skin if you mess up, sticks to hairs well, quickly covers hairs, lasts a LONG time daily till you shower.

Interesting product- basically like mascara for your beard. Goes on easily, is a light shade of brown, and washes off with soap and warm water. Does leave a residue and can color your clothes/shirt if they come in contact. Not a replacement for beard dye but small container makes it useful in a pinch.

Fixes grey spots

When I first applied this product I was delighted with the look. It filled out and colored my beard nicely. I was going to log on to Amazon and buy some more. But then I touched my beard. OMG! Hard as a rock and super sticky, like someone had poured honey on it. And when I went to wash it off, I ended up with a brown stained washcloth. I don't think I applied this product too thickly but I may try again. This time I'll take a shower to wash it off. Meanwhile, Just For Men needs to go back to the drawing board...

I purchased this just for a touchup of eyebrow hairs, but quickly learned that I loved touching up my beard and mustache with it as well. I keep a very short closely cropped beard and it has become very gray over the past few years. I’ve used the just for men Bear dye, but I find it messy, I always seem to stain something in my bathroom, the results are not always even. Sometimes it doesn’t work as well if it’s a little older. This has solved all those problems. With me I have no issues with it rubbing off on clothes or pillowcases. I find even application is easier if you take a slightly wet cloth and rub it in after you apply. I had more blotchiness with the longer lasting dyes. Because I keep my beard short, the dyes did not last very long, only a couple of days and I would only get two applications from a tube, so I find this to be much more cost-effective. And for me, the color seems to last for over a day sometimes two days. Yes I will agree. It can make your beard feel a little rougher and less soft. I will agree with some of those comments, but the trade-off is well worth it to me. Not to mention it’s far more economical. I’m glad I found this and will continue to use it. I agree. Also get a lighter color than you need. One step down.

Although this is an OK product, it’s overpriced and would be more acceptable at $10. Beware, when this gel-like product dries, the hair becomes very stiff, almost like a mild glue.

Very easy and convenient to use and apply. Test a couple different color shades to see which is best for you. Only issue I had was that it left stains around my shirt collar. I attended a wedding and it was a little embarrassing when I saw what occurred in the bathroom mirror. Maybe I had to apply it a few hours prior to allow it time to really set in and dry up?

When it comes, to using dyes. I'm a bit hesitant, especially permeant ones. Years ago I had a bad reaction, to dyeing a beard. Broke out in severe blotches on my face, but thank God they cleared up. Over past couple of years, colour of my hair . Has got lot more light blonde, with few greys also starting in it. Just don't like the look, it was a nice salt and Peppa look. I wouldn't mind it, just doesn't really look nice as it is. So decided to try this and, really glad I did gives my mustache a much younger and healthier look. But little tip , before using it. Don't just brush it on , after taking it out. Wipe of the excess of it first, cause little of this goes a long way especially on mustaches. Doing long short strokes, and in minutes it looks great and very natural. Especially when going out, on special occasions. Last good bit I can, usually get near 2 days from it. I don't fully wash it out, I like to keep it touched up. Cause right now, my natural colour, just doesn't look right at the moment. Maybe when it grows completely grey , might like it more lol. But it's quite effective and, gives great results with no side effects or irritation to your skin. My chevron mustache looks great with it on, highly recommend it. I tried it on my temples before giving as a funny present to a friend for a 70s themed party. It was very thick and lumpy like henna. It holds strong as long as you are not sweating. For him it worked well for a night. I do not recommend this for daily use because it is lumpy and matt, like very fine clay so in daylight it would look weird.

Does the trick. Trick to using it is less is more. Slight touches. Go in light. Then a soft brush with a cloth to get any excess off. Well I'm happy
