This has been our favorite purchase from Amazon. Love this couch. What you get is what you pay for. It's not incredibly durable but we love to snuggle and watch movies on it. I love the option of flipping cushions over to help with durability. I get compliments on this couch every time someone is in my house. They can't believe the price when I tell them.

Great color, amazing look, extremely EASY to assemble, best of all it's reversible!! What I don't like about the couch... The seating cushions are very hard (but the back cushions are soft) and it can get a little uncomfortable when watching a movie. It's been two weeks since I purchase the couch, either I'm getting use to how hard the cushions are or its getting a little softer Lol. Either way for the price I believe the couch is great! The delivery time was fast and there were no damages on the couch.P.s I also don't like that the cushions are very thin as shown in the photos. Hope the photos were helpful.

This couch is as low quality as they come. It is the worst furniture purchase I have ever made.The assembly process requires a lot of trial and error as the instructions are lacking a lot of detail. You _WILL_ tear the cheap black "fabric" of the bottom of the couch as you tighten the bolts, there's no way around it. (Hint, when you screw in the bolts in the backs, they will go all the way in, but only screw them in about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch, you need the length later. This is mentioned nowhere) As I assembled it, wood pieces started falling off all over. You will want a 12mm hex wrench of your own, the one that came with it is nearly impossible to use and bent after about 2 uses. I cannot emphasize how low quality the wood is. This is worse than construction wood chip board, and it breaks easily, and will chip from normal use. Every time I vacuum I find new wood chips under the couch.The microfiber had what appear to be water stains in several places. We were able to remove them with a wet towel.The back pillows are stuffed into the bottom of the couch during transport, with not enough space for 2 of them. The two that were crunched together, have still not relaxed, several weeks later. I've really tried with them, and we'll live with it, but expect two of them to look crunched forever.The two couch pieces come with no hardware to attach to each other. That means the side and back pieces will regularly need adjusting as normal use slides them apart.While the back pillows are sort-of attached with velcro and stay in place, the seating cushions constantly slide forward. You will have to fix them every time you sit on this thing.The seating cushions are hard, but acceptable when you sit squarely in the middle of them. It feels like sitting on a broomstick when you try to sit between them. This is lame for a couch.Yesterday my girlfriend leaned on the arm rest, and she felt and we both heard the wood inside breaking. It didn't tear the fabric, but there is a hole you can feel in there now. She didn't jump or do anything crazy, just leaned on it to reach for a glass of water.It is inexpensive, but the quality is such a disappointment, if it was reasonably easy I would return this in a heartbeat. Very, very disappointed with this purchase. I'll be surprised if this couch survives a year without falling apart.Amazon, get this off your site or review this item. It is way sub-par. The only reason I'm not returning it is that I'm certain it would break if I took it apart, and I already recycled the boxes, and do not want to deal with this company.

This couch is very pretty to look at, but not durable. The legs are plastic and the back cushions are held together by velcro that barely stays up. They are also not very full. Probably the biggest headache was that there were no instructions in the box and took us nearly two hours to figure it out because of this . It IS very firm, so please do not purchase if you do not want a firm couch. I do think that it looks nice, but I have my doubts on whether or not it will last. For the price, I wasn't expecting top quality furniture, but I did expect the backing to stay put, especially as long as it took to get here, which was about 2 weeks. To sum it up, it is a good couch for show, if you do not plan on using it much. If you have a family, especially with small children, I would steer clear of this.

While I did have some trouble with delivery (the first delivery had to be refused, and rescheduling was a bear), this review addresses the couch. I LOVE IT. I was a tad worried by some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I decided to buy anyway.It is firm, but comfortable. BIG. Plenty large enough for my 6' 3" husband to stretch all the way out across the back and not be cramped at all. Probably 4 or 5 people would be OK on this. The assembly was not too difficult, it took us two about an hour, the directions were clear enough that we didn't make any mistakes in the assembly. I DID buy a sofa sectional bracket to hold the 2 pieces together-- this kit does not include anything for the sectional and the back of the sofa to be connected together and I knew that with the active dogs and people in my house, the couch would slide apart without some additional connector.The color and feel of this couch is nice. The color is a mid-gray, not too dark. The microsuede isn't as thick as the fabric on some other furniture I have purchased, but it feels thick enough to stand up to normal use. The feet are plastic but don't look cheapy. The pillows are comfortable.This was the best couch I could find for the price, and probably half of what I would have paid for the cheapest sectional in a local furniture store.

Cushions were too hard when new, now after 4 months they are all mushy and mis-shaped and worn out already! The seat cushion foam seem s to be all different densities and hardnesses from day one. There is also a very poorly placed cross bar that you can feel right through one of the cushions! There does not seem to be much spring support on the couch frame itself, they seem to be relying mostly on the dense foam in the seat cushions to offer a seating surface. Otherwise it looks pretty nice and the frame is relatively well built, but I had to go back after a few months and tighten up a bunch of bolts- but it wasnt too difficult. The fabric used is resilient and feels nice overall- I did use two cans of scotch guard on it the day I put it together- so it has been great at repelling stains from our three kids and 60 lb dog!
