I always have a bottle of this on hand. I take it daily. It helps my body process foods, especially ones that might have something in them that reacts negatively.

This is the best digestive aide I've found for holiday over eating days! EAting too much or too much fat at one meal, definitely need this to keep from bloating and to digest properly.

These are the one digestive supplement I’ve tried that noticeably make a difference in preventing abdominal pressure and bloating…and I’ve tried many. I’m 55 and my digestive system has an increasingly difficult time handling things like potato chips, pretzels, and dairy, among other things. When I take 1 of these right before eating those problematic foods I’ve notice much less discomfort and am able to sleep well that night. Well worth the cost.

This as made a big difference in my bowel movement. It as made me regular, and cleans me out very well. I no longer feel like my trip to the bathroom was half finished. But do drink allot of water while taking these, if not it will cause a bit of stained pain. This as been good help during my weight lost journey after my daughter.

After trying many other digestive enzymes, this is the only one I actually felt something happening positively. Note the levels of key enzymes which are far greater than cheaper ones. A bit more, but it has worked where others did nothing.

I found these the same as other brands but top quality. over priced but good quality. I didn't notice any big differences when using these probiotics vs. other cheaper brands. Not sure what the enzyme hype is about?

The capsules are a bit larger than what I feel comfortable trying to swallow, so I emptied the first capsule, sprinkling the contents on my food, which made the food taste rather unpleasant. So I then decided to just try swallowing the second capsule at the beginning of my next meal, but it gave me immediate, vehement, debilitating, terrifying stomach pain – far worse than anything I’d ever experienced from any type of food - ever. So I won’t be consuming any more of this product – it turned out to be not only an expensive mistake, but also a painful one.

After 12 years on Prilosec, and being diagnosed recently with gall stones, I have realized what I needed all along... this product along with a substanial reduction of sugar in my diet has been such a relief! My 80 year old Mother is also using it now to aid in her digestion since she is operating with only part of her pancreas and no gall bladder! It's working fabulously for her, and she wants more! Why cover up the problem? Treat it with what you truly need!
