Cheap Pulley wheels make the cable attachments almost unusable. What size pulley wheel should I buy for a replacement?

The pulley wheels work great for me, they may be installed incorrectly, however if you prefer better wheels, Amazon sells the chrome metal ones. I do believe the ones they come with work great, I can use over 300lbs on the Lat even though it may not be rated for it. Do not do anything that makes you feel unsafe, just going by my experience with this power cage

My height is 5'10". Will I be able to get a good stretch with lat pulldown as that is one of my primary reasons for buying this?

The lat pull down d ring is about 75 inches tall or 6.25 feet tall

What is the Lat pulldown capacity? Can it hold a max of 400lbs?

The weight capacity of the lat pulldown attachment is 80kg, which is about 176.4 lbs.

Can I find the assembly instructions online? None came with the boxes.
