No. And you probably don’t want to throw it that hard. It will destroy your shoulder. This is great for a side toss or front flip to a hitter If your looking to use weighted balls for arm strength make sure your body is ready for that and your using the right balls. Talk to your coach or a physical therapist before starting that.
