Two family members have used these and have both found them to fit very securely around the legs and waist to prevent leakage. They have had continence issues not only with their waterworks, but with the bowels too and these are very secure on them. Much better than other brands they have tried. Of course everyone is a different shape so I can't speak for the whole population, but 2/2's not bad. They are also some of the more cost effective brands around which is great. I wouldn't swap.

So these pads are really good,the only thing that really bothers me is why does the world assume if you are incontinent you are over the age of 70? I’m 44 I’ve had this issue for years they’re not just for old people!!

I should have measured my husbands waist before ordering these as they were way too small .they looked like they were for a small child .cannot pass views on these as he never wore any .
