Very nice product, well made, packed, and set up, however you really cant expand the vocabulary much beyond this as it takes up a lot of room. I purchased this to work with my cats, but they were completely uninterested. There was more reception with the smaller fluentpet buttons. Another con is that we all kept resetting the recording because the recording button is also on the bottom and if you use too much pressure to press the button, your recording is gone.

Be patient! It will take you a long time to teach all the buttons, regardless of what they say on YouTube. These are high quality and definitely easy for my pup to push. If I had any complaint it would only be that I needed more labels that I could label myself. I ordered a set of nine. So far so good we are up to teaching six of the nine buttons. Be consistent and you should be successful!

So we got these for our new mini Aussie puppy. Best advice I can give is to start with one, have the dog learn that one button, then look at incorporating more. Also, have the person record who talks to the dog the most. My daughter wanted to record herself and he stopped using the button. When I re-recorded with my voice, he started using it perfectly. I also like that it’s not so loud that he can still do it when our daughter is asleep and it won’t wake her. Some bells get REALLY loud.

My puppy is so smart and these buttons have allowed her to communicate with us! We love them! Considering buying more!
