CHRITSMAS PARTY HIT!

I enjoyed the book. It's a quick and simple read and full of good information. Having said that, I did find some of the material to be commonplace. I'm 68, so some of it was already known to me, had been taught in school, or I had run across before since I'm a prolific reader. Still, there is a lot of interesting material for conversation and fun sharing. There were also interesting facts and trivia that motivated me to do more research on various subjects. In fact, that might be an interesting read. To skip some of the sillier or simpler facts and go deeper into some of the subject matter. Not chapters, but instead of a sentence or two the author might expound for a couple of paragraphs. For instance, knowing that there is a tree called "idiot fruit" is ok.....but reading that dinosaurs roamed every continent on earth including Antartica caused me to think about tectonic plates and earth shifts millions of years ago and how the dinosaurs got to various continents. That fact could have had several paragraphs, and there were quite a few facts like this that I would have liked to know more about than a quick sentence....and sometimes did take it upon myself to find out. So, here is a book that's quick and easy to read, has some fun facts, a lot of stuff to share with friends and make conversation, and has material that might just push you to take it upon yourself to learn more.

I must say, this was an excellent 2nd trivia book by this author. I absolutely love these types of books. Future books could benefit from pictures. Therefore, the Publisher should invest more in this author and give him a bigger budget to include pictures in his next series of fun trivia books. This book took me longer to finish because I would get so intrigued about something new that I learned from reading it that I would stop and go look further into the facts. This book is in the same lane as the Guinness Book of World Records and Ripley's Believe It or Not with a slant towards fun trivia and old school encyclopedia books I used to love reading as a kid back in ancient times before the internet. I look forward to reading more from this author and highly recommend that everyone that is interested in fun trivia read the two books this author has written to date. You won’t be disappointed and will definitely learn something new.

I have enjoyed this book so much! It’s fun to share these facts with others and usually they don’t believe me! I love being able to show them this book where I learned the tidbit. I really enjoy being the one in my group who keeps pieces of trivia tucked in the back of my mind and can bring something out of nowhere. Thank you for the compilation!

Wow, this guide covers everything you could possibly want to know and covers any topic you want interesting facts about. I didn't know that regular coke had a PH of 2.8, no wonder it is not a good thing for us to drink! It can dissolve nails!Anyway, if you would like a great gift for someone who loves interesting and fun facts, this book is it!!

I love facts and trivia and this book certainly didn't disappoint it's filled with facts and trivia on a variety of topics and is sure to expand your knowledge of all things trivial. Who knows you might be a contestant on Jeopardy one day and one of these trivia questions will be posed to you. Just remember to answer in the form of a question.

I had a great time with this book. My grandkids and I took turns reading the questions and trying to figure out the answers. We laughed a lot at some of the answer we came up with and at the same time we all learned a great deal.

The facts and trivia in this double-book bundle are fascinating. There is a wide range of information grouped by topic. Everything is well-written and upbeat. I kept calling out trivia long after they were listening! A fun book for everyone.

My daughter and I have had such fun reading the facts in this book and the quizzes were a brilliant bonus. We will tell others to get this book. Perfect Christmas present.
