Very shocked to say I can feel the positive impact and I’ve taken a lot of supplements (ex-bodybuilder).Pros:Legit boosts to energy, general wellbeing and mentalhealth. Better appetite control and great for convenience.Cons: I’m yet to see any benefits to sleep according to my Garmin.No real impact to hormones either as some suggest.It is a bit expensive and you could get more for your money if you buy the ingredients separately. Just be aware of the additives you may get if you go that route.Highly recommend it, go for two doses a day and down it in a oner. It tastes like soil.

Taste is absolutely horrible. They need to create capsules. Mixing with sweeteners or even yogurt is not palatable.Effects of this are not convincing.

I have 2 scoops a day 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon on an empty stomach. I take it for mild anxiety and mental wellbeing, energy and sleep. As a recovering alcoholic, I have tried a lot of things to help my mood and this has been the best and only one I have bought again and again. I have also tried some similar blends with little effect.Taste isn't that bad I just neck it normally. It is decent for the price as I see it as an all in one. I have tried multiple supplements together with less effect so it's definitely worth it for me.

Tastes awful, I didn't notice any benefits at all. Tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched as I'd signed up for a subscription and forgot about it. But the cancellation was not accepted. Im sure there's other products out there that contain similar ingredients that don't taste like dirt. I'd understand the taste if there was any benefits, but for me personally, there wasn't any.
