Review: Wonderfully yucky! - I started using this brand a year ago while I was on a ketogenic diet for insulin resistance, and I’m still using them today. I’ve tried Prüvit, and it’s very similar in effect and taste at about 3x the cost. I think all ketones taste horrible, it’s just the nature of the product - slightly bitter and salty, disguised by the sweetness of mixed berry. Yeehaw! 🤠 But these are really high quality ketones that I hope to be able to buy for a very long time! Recently I was diagnosed with POTS, and iykyk, we must consume sodium in excess compared to the normal body. I thought I would try this instead of paying for LMNT or Liquid IV, as the sodium content in these ketones is pretty significant. Not only are these cheaper than name brand electrolyte supplements, but they do indeed provide me with energy and improved performance, mental clarity, and they stave off hunger leading to slight weight loss, even though I’m no longer on a ketogenic diet. 10/10, I highly recommend!
