High strength vitamin D that’s easy to take and actually made a difference
I started taking this vitamin D after my blood tests showed my levels were low, which honestly wasn’t a surprise. Especially living in the UK and spending a lot of time indoors in the winter. One of the main reasons I went for this one was the strength. 4000 IU felt like the right option for me, and I also really liked that it’s a full year supply, so I can just take it daily and not think about it. I’ve been taking this alongside my iron supplement, which is also from Nutrition Geeks, and I’ve been really happy with the brand overall. I feel that together they’ve made a noticeable difference. My energy feels better, especially in the mornings, and I don’t feel quite as wiped out by the end of the day anymore. The tablets are tiny and very easy to swallow, which I really appreciate, and I’ve had absolutely no side effects at all. They’ve been very gentle for me. Overall, this has been a really simple and effective way to support my vitamin D levels. Great strength, easy to take, and excellent value for money considering it lasts a whole year. I’ll happily buy from this brand again.

Love the small size of tablets! Feel my energy increasing especially as I was deficient in vit d. Cannot say I have a taste as they are so small I swallow them easily and quickly
