Does this come with the glue to keep the screen down ?

There is no "glue", it is adhesive strips. They are shown in the photo. I don't believe I needed mine as I was able to reuse the ones on the phone. Watch lots of videos, use a heat gun, take your time. If you think you are taking too long you are doing great. Be patient especially around the camera. There is a lot of glue to heat up there.
