Great upgrade from a box spring mattress
Love it! Set up literally took 5 minutes and I didn’t even have to touch the instructions. Just pop it up and two little screws to hold them in place. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t squeak or creak at all! Super excited, I had a super old box spring mattress before this that was bulky and NOISY. This has tons of room underneath and also the corners have a lip on them so I put my fitted sheet over the edge and it holds the mattress right in place. I was hesitant to buy it because it’s a little pricy but it’s worth every penny for the quality

Easy Setup and Sturdy
This was exceptionally easy to set up. My daughter is at college and it works perfectly in her apartment along with a mattress in a box arrangement. Very sturdy. Excellent value too.

Nice, supportive frame
I selected this frame because it didn't require much assembly, and the legs fold up for easy storage when it's not in use. Seems to be very sturdy. My only regret is I purchased the 18" height, and first tried a 12" mattress on it, but that was a little too high once I added the padded mattress protector, so I ended up putting a different 9" mattress on it and that worked fine. The 14" would have been the better option for my 12" mattress. Have not noticed any noise, or squeaks, but it's in a guest bedroom so doesn't get used too often.

Easy to assemble!
I got the full size for my mattress, and it fit perfectly. It is so easy to put together. Two screws and it was done! The hardest part was lifting it out of the box. If it wasn't for the Amazon driver, (I'm an old lady!) I would have never got it to my apartment because it is heavy. It is of good quality and doesn't squeak when you move. It is solid and an excellent choice. Price was awesome as well.

Mixed feelings so far
**TWO MONTH UPDATE: overall I still like the bed frame. I appreciate the ample amount of storage underneath the frame, to put stuff underneath when company comes and you need to stash stuff out of sight. The frame does wiggle a lot with any extra activity, but that's kind of expected with a foldable frame I suppose.*INITIAL REVIEW: I will update this review in a few months, after several rounds of overnight visitors have used this queen size frame and a 6" foldable foam mattress. I think this will be a good purchase and offer a better night's rest than the air mattress I was previously using for company.PROS:- very simple setup and take down- easy to store away, not bulky- nice height off the ground to help my guests feel comfortable and easily get in and out of the bed- appears to be a sturdy frame made (I will update after a few months of use)- fast, free shippingCONS:- arrived with scuffs on the frame- a lot of the metal mattress supports are not straight, indicating poor craftsmanship, but time will tell- made in China- scoots across wood floor easily, so if you're planning to use on hardwood floors you may want to add those rubber pads to the bottom of the legs to prevent it from sliding when you get in and out of the bed- the two bolts that connect the two frames together (queen size frame) might get lost, it would be cool if they were attached somehow, but for now I'm just keeping them bolted to one frame while in storage.

Holds Me, My Mattress, and My Regret Like a Champ
Let me just say: this Amazon Basics bed frame is anything but basic. It showed up, unfolded like a Transformer that just wants me to sleep better, and held my fat butt off the floor like a steel champion with zero judgment.Setup was so easy I felt like I must’ve missed a step. No tools, no screaming, no crying into an Allen wrench—just pop it open, lock it in place, and boom: adulting complete. I didn’t even break a sweat, which is rare for me and furniture. This thing is solid. No creaks, no wobbles, no “is this going to collapse in the night and take me with it” fear. The locking mechanism between the two halves? Chef’s kiss. It’s like the bed frame equivalent of a firm handshake—confident and reassuring. At 14 inches high, there’s plenty of room underneath for storage. Luggage? Check. Secret snack stash? Check. Emotional baggage? Oh yeah, all of it fits. There’s even enough room for the boogie man to rent out a studio apartment under there, utilities not included. It’s simple, sturdy, and surprisingly stylish for something whose only job is to keep me off the floor. Would I buy it again? In a heartbeat. Would I trust it to support me during midnight ice cream binges and Netflix marathons? Already tested. Passed with flying colors.

Sturdy, quiet, easy set up and take down
When it arrived I was surprised at how sturdy the bed frame was.Ordered the queen size, which is 2 separate units held together with bolts that do not require tools. Legs lock into place when set up, units fold "flat-ish" for storage.Set up and take down is easily less than 5 minutes to do eitherSince this was to be set up only when we had guests I opted for the 14 in model (didn't need the space underneath for storage). When folded, total space needed for storing both units is about 30 x 35 x 12 inches. Very compact.Topped this off with a 10 in "mattress in a box" hybrid mattress (not memory foam).I slept on this the night before our guests arrived and this is a very comfortable combo. Quiet and solid. No creaking or wobbling.I consider this a great value for what we got for the price paid
