Easy to Use and Fills Chips Well, but Takes Some Patience to Smooth Out
I purchased this White Quartz Countertop Repair Kit to fix a couple of minor edge chips and small cracks near my kitchen sink, and it did a solid job overall. It is very easy and convenient to use, though getting the surface completely flat and seamless requires a bit of extra sanding and patience. Why I’m giving this repair kit 4 stars: Very Convenient & Complete Kit: The application process is straightforward—no complex measuring or mixing required. Squeezing the filler directly into the chipped area makes the initial repair quick and fuss-free. Great Color Match for White Quartz: The color blends remarkably well with standard white quartz and marble. Once cured, the filled chip matches the surrounding countertop naturally, making the damage far less noticeable from a distance. Durable & Waterproof Finish: After curing completely, the material hardens nicely and holds up well against everyday kitchen use, water, and cleaning. A Tip on Smoothing: As mentioned, while applying the filler is very easy, getting it 100% flush with the countertop surface takes a bit of care. My advice is to leave a slight mound over the hole initially, and then use fine sandpaper or a razor scraper to carefully level and polish it down once it has fully cured. Verdict: A practical and budget-friendly DIY solution that saves you hundreds of dollars compared to hiring a professional. As long as you take your time during the final smoothing stage, you'll get great results!

Definitely not perfect but more user error
I had a chip in my black kitchen counter top that needed fixing. Pros: The package provides everything you will need to fix it. Straightforward direction. Color match is great. Sturdy - once the product dried, it has held up well along with the rest of my counter. Cons: The product dries quick inside the provided applicators. You are only given 3 so you have to work quick. The dry time between layers took long so my applicators dried out and I couldn't reuse them so I went through them quickly. Open all your windows because the product odor is strong (which is normal). After sanding, as directed, to smooth the product, it was left looking dull vs the rest of my counter that is shiny. I don't know how to prevent that (user error, maybe). I'm sure I'm the only one who would really notice. I was also at a disadvantage because my chip was not on top, but off the side going downward.

Actually Single Use Only - But still Incredible Results
About 15 years ago, I nicked my new kitchen's Compac Quartz countertop. Small dent on an edge, like 2 mm at most. The same company that installed it sent a guy who repaired in less than an hour and charged me $150. Decent job, not great, you can see the repair if you look closely but I was happy as a clam as the top was less than 2 month's old and it looked almost like new again 15 years and two little girls after, the countertop had 5 nicks, all at the edges, with one reaching 1/2 centimeter in size. It looked terrible. Called the same company which wanted to charge me $1,500 to repair them all. Time for a Plan B). Saw this repair kit here at Amazon with good reviews and thought what the heck, for 16 bucks I can buy 20 kits and do trial an error until I get it right, and will still pay way less. Bought one kit (not 20 :-)) and gave it a try Man, either I'm a genius 5-star countertop repair handyman worth $1,500 for about 4 hours of work (counting drying time) or I was being greatly ripped off. I agree with the later. It took me plenty of finger grease -and a blister- to sand the repairs to almost perfection but the results are outstanding. Call it pride, but I think I did a better job than that guy 15 years ago :). It is very hard to notice the repairs, in one of them I bet my wife to find it and it took her a very long time. Amazing product. But the secret is in the sanding, sand, sand, sand until you get that level to the edge. The sandpaper's grit is very fine, it won't scratch a quartz countertop which greatly helps. You maybe be able to use a sanding machine and save some effort but you will miss the needed finesse, and need to be very careful not to over sand it The only issue and why I took one star away is that is being sold as a "four use" product when it really is a one use product. It in fact brings 4 needles and enough mix to make 4 repairs, but it dried on me within minutes, it dries super-super fast, so you need to pick if you want the mix in the tube being exposed to the air via the needle, or make the repairs before the product dries up. I chose the repairs, and when I finished applying the mix the needle dried and so did the top of the tubes. It takes a few minutes to learn to apply the product, and maybe because I did five repairs by the time I finished it was too late, but I had to throw away what was left, it was unusable. But again, for 16 bucks vs $1,500, there is no contest Another thing are the instructions, or lack off. Poorly written and to be honest without making much sense. There are videos in YouTube and other places on how to use it, I recommend you look for those

Only good for inconspicuous areas
Save the 10 bucks, this kit is useless. I gave this kit a shot to try and cover up a crack on the counter top. Color is more of a very light gray than white so it is hard to match look, especially on solid white countertop. There is a medium odor from the chemical reaction of the mix. In terms of durability it's about 5/10 for sealants, it started chipping off during the heavy grit sanding (P120 pad provided in the kit). It cures very fast, as in you have about 120 seconds before your mix is set. The kit is also not convenient to push out, the bottles are not easy to grip and the pusher has no true base (like professional sealants) so you really have to focus to get an even dispersion of both compounds for the mix. The gloves they provide you are a poor fit for large hands. Finally, the instructions are not very descriptive and I don't think you will have an issue if you worked with sealants before, but if this is your first DIY I recommend you watch some videos for the repair type you're attempting. If you have a crack like the one in my picture, you will need a resin repair kit

Hält nicht auf einer Granitplatte im Außenbereich. Nach ein paar Wochen wieder ab. Schrott.
