Purchased this about 9 months ago after I had seen it winning a non-stick frying pan test. It's a nice pan, I like the high edges, heats distribution is reasonably even.However after 9 months there are already small scratches in the coating despite very careful use with wooden and silicone utensils. So it's essentially just like any other teflon pan, if you use it a lot you're looking at having to replace it every 1,5-2 years or so.While the pan is alright, I would not pay extra for this particular brand as it behaves just about the same like every other teflon pan I have ever owned.

Because first one i got was warped, i had requested for a replacement. The replacement arrived 4-5 days later and the handle of the pan of the new one was loosened. I had to tighten it myself with the screwdriver I have at home. To return the original item, i put it in the corrugated box that packed the replacement, went to a convenient store (7-11), hand the box to the cashier and ask for hatsubarai takkyubin, I filled in the form and paid ~1300yen for delivery. My delivery fee was reimbursed by amazon, but only ~600yen :(Although the pan is super heavy, the quality is great. The pan is satisfyingly big and looks very durable. I have been using it for 3 months and it still looks as good as new!

Absolut ärgerlich. Nach ca. 1,5 Jahren beginnt sich die Beschichtung am Boden zu lösen. Am Rand oben löste sich der Belag von Anfang an, trotz Polsterung beim lagern. Kann ich jetzt auf den Schrott werfen.Von Zwilling hätte ich da mehr erwartet. Meine Ikea Pfanne ist älter und ist noch top in Schuss.

Solid made pan, should last for years with regular use

とても重いパンだけど、質はとてもいいと思います。だいたいオイルを使わなくてもよさそうで、結構信用できそうです。
