Works great and great value! Got tired of buying the little packets at the grocery store so I tried this and am sold!

After reading the reviews I did the sugar and warm water test of one tablespoon sugar one cup warm water, one tablespoon of yeast in a two cup measure. In 10 minutes the yeast has foamed over the top and actually had a nice yeasty aroma. The proofing rise was beautiful and also gave a nice oven spring. I store this in the freezer in our climate.

I'm a pretty new home bread maker, but this will be a new kitchen staple.First, I love the packaging. Not that packaging makes the product, but I appreciate that they took the time to put heart in it.The big seller for me, though, is the quality. I started my bread making journey with the little yeast pouches from the grocery store. The bread turned out good, much better than store bought. But it took forever to rise, and just wasn't quite as fluffy as I would have liked. This yeast changed the game for me. My dough takes half the time to rise, and every loaf comes out light and fluffy. I've made hamburger buns, and cheese stuffed garlic rolls with it as well and had just amazing results.And it's cheaper than the store pouches I was using before!Can't say enough good things about it.

I ordered this to see how this yeast worked with making some homemade banana bread cinnamon rolls. This yeast worked better than what I have used previously for the fluffy texture and the rise of the dough was more than I thought it was going to be. I will definitely be buying this again for my baking needs!

This yeast works really well and it's a great price! I've made many loaves of bread, rolls, etc with it and it has yet to fail me! I go through a lot of yeast so I'm glad I found a more affordable option!

I was once frustrated with a bread formula I was working on, and kept tweaking sugar and butter levels, dough weights, and hydration. Finally when I picked up this bag and went back to a version that originally worked, did I get a great rise and the dough turned out how I expected. Will be buying again!
