Look no further this is the one for you let me tell you why. When I was looking through thousands of products and reviews it was frustrating because there were good reviews mixed with terrible. I was so torn on which product to choose but I knew I need this for after surgery. I had uterine cancer and I was getting a radical hysterectomy at age 40 not fun let me tell you. So for days I searched for the right product. Finally I said I'm just going to choose this one because my surgery was in 5 days I had to choose. I am so glad I did. This has been a game changer because the last thing you want to do is lay flat on your back or side after this type of surgery and propping up with pillows just isn't comfortable. This can be used on a bed or couch. I choose couch because my bed was to hight to get in and out of comfortably and my husbands snoring wouldn'tlet me get sleep.So now It's Day five of recovery for me and I'm still loving this product. It's soft and comfortable and you can use the pieces in all kinds of different ways. As you get better you can change how reclined. i love that because at first i was very propped up but now im layed back a little more. So for all those searching. This is your product this is the one. I am so impressed you too won't be disappointed. For the picture I used someone else because I'm still recovering from a major surgery and don't really want my picture taken but you will see it's big enough to keep you in place yet comfortable.Mine showed up the same day as my surgery but that's my fault because I spent to much time researching. But I recommend opening it at least 2 days prior to allow any smells to disperse and so it can puff up properly. I used mine same day and it was fine.I hope this helps, because I know all to well how frustrating Amazon reviews can be. I just had surgery that required me to sleep sitting up and this set a life saver. I used it both in bed and on the couch and it made has made recovery so easy and comfortable. Each piece is pretty light so I was able to carry whenever I needed to switch from couch to bed without causing any discomfort. Anyone having any surgery needs to get this set!

Tried after shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep surgery but didn’t improve my comfort level.Ended up with Lazy Boy Chair that allowed me to sleep comfortably.

I love this pillow set up because it provides the support that I need for when I’m lounging around in bed and for sleeping.It doesn’t really slip and it’s a great value.I used to struggle with finding the right pillow set up for watching tv in bed or even when I need to recover. This is the set up!

Unfortunately this product is not for me. It increases my back and neck pain. I’m sure it would be great for most though! I have a very picky neck. :( Wish I could return this but I’m not certain how you return something that expands and increases in size once opened.
