These heal grips work amazingly. They stick well to the inner heel of the shoe and make the shoe much more comfortable so that they don't rub at my heel. I like that this set comes in different colors and it was a perfect match for my Chanel ballet flats they do not slip. They're super soft and fit perfectly and a great value for my money.

SO worth it. These have made completely unwearable shoes actually comfortable to wear. I have used these in the heels of my shoes as well as in the toes on shoes that were narrow in the front and they work perfectly for both cases. I have them in a pair of ballet flats as well and just had to trim them down to size a bit so they didn't show in the back which was really easy to do. Plus, they Do Not come off. You don't have to worry about the adhesive detaching at all, these have been firmly in place for almost an entire year of wear and haven't even started peeling up at the edges. These cheap little inserts have saved me from having to completely get rid of so many pairs of shoes.

Great for shoes that slip in the heel. I have narrow heels and have trouble with this! They also help if you have shoes that rub the back of your ankle. They do peel off fairly easily, so plan to reposition/ replace occasionally. But they get the job done.

I had gotten 2 new pairs of leather boat shoes that has a sown seam right at the top of my heel. They were very expensive so I didn’t want to get rid of them and bought these. Genuinely, they stay put like they are stitched in. I put them on about 2 months ago and wearing my shoes without socks isn’t a problem at all. They are thin enough to not cause issues and to disappear when your foot is in the shoe, but thick enough to provide enough padding to make the shoe comfortable. The cost to use ratio on these is great in my opinion. And they work great, look great (as in you can’t see them when in the shoe), and genuinely stay on once you put them in your shoes.

Don’t fit shoe backs very well on any of my stilettos and block heels. My heels are only slightly too big, but I still had to use two pads for each shoe which is crazy. The pads work with two in each shoe, but it’s not very comfortable because it doesn’t cover the entire shoe back. It is also awkward to put your foot in the shoe once the pads are in because it weirdly sticks out in a way that does not mesh with the shoe back at all. Overall it gets the job done but I’d try a different brand for better comfort and sizing.

Ive lost weight in my feet and my shoes were slipping up and down like a flip flop! I decided to try these heel grips and I am so very pleased! They do not make your shoes a size smaller at all but stopped my heels from slipping up and down. They aren’t bulky and you don’t even feel them in your shoes! They work fantastic and I plan on buying more so I can begin bearing my nice shoes again! The photos are kind hard to see but one view is with my foot flat and the other is with me lifting my foot. Notice they didn’t slide down at all!! LOVE LOVE these💗💗💗

Made my too big loafers wearable after I bought them on final sale. Well worth the investment if your shoes are about half a size too big! I still needed insoles to help (the shoes were that big), but without these, my heel would be slipping out Currently on a walk as I speak with these on. No issues and very comfortable

Guy here. I've got a pair of leather boots that are a touch too big and a heel spur rubs against the boot causing blisters and a callus. This product helped my foot find a more snug fit in the boot and more comfort. The product is high quality and has high stickiness but the placement can be pretty tricky and took me a couple tries to get it right. At first the patch would come off and I'd find a bit of sticky goop on my sock. Once I got better applying the patch this didn't happen and my heel didn't hurt . Sometimes my foot would get stuck on the patch as I was inserting my foot but I've started using a shoehorn and this solves the problem. I'm putting on heavy leather boots so I do need to put a good amount of force into the boot so keep this in mind if you're using a pair of shoes that are easier to put on. These boots cost me $200 so I'm willing to be patient with my process. The different colors don't matter to me either so it's like getting a couple free tries before I buy a new set of the sticky patches.

I bought a pair of shoes thinking they were size 8. I am typically 8/8.5. It turns out they were size 9 and slid off my heels, I couldn't walk in them at all. Instead of taking them back, I thought I'd try these. I looked at the many available on Amazon and these had the best rating and seemed like they would accomplish my goal, and they did! I followed the advice of others in the reviews and put them in the heels of my shoes well before needing to wear them. I also put bag clips on them to hold them tight. It worked perfectly. I wore the shoes for around 4 hours, lots of walking and they didn't slip even once. Also, I have the added bonus of no blisters caused by new, stiff shoes, so it's a win all around! I am grateful I have another 3 pairs for the future.

I am so glad I bought these. I got them to stop the blisters my work shoes gave me, not only did they solve the blister problem but 1 pair was slightly too big and now they fit perfect with no slipping.
