The maximum height when you attach the top (yellow) and the bottom (white) parts is 6.5 inches from the floor to the top where you heels are placed. Initially, I thought it might be too low because other similar products are higher. However, it turned out to be only my unnecessary concern. I can lean forward a little bit very easily, and it really helped. That was what I missed when I tried other similar one.
