It has most Epa & Dha along with vitamin d3.. but vitamin d3 does not have 600iu which is rda but only has 400iu.. the other blue bottle omega even has 600iu, wonder why triple strength doesn't have 600iu

I have never got such an amazing results of omega 3 fish oil.Excellent composition of EPA and DHA, 1 capsule is totally fine for a day and also I really liked the flavour of vanilla.No bad taste of fish at all after taking these capsules
