I recover faster and sleep better. The taste is not too bad, not too sweet and does taste like medicine. Effective for individuals that need to recover faster during training season. I am not an athlete. I do not workout. I’m a retired fire captain/paramedic and I own a horse ranch and that work is often times harder than being an athlete. This stuff tastes terrible and seems to promote gas, but I can see my heart rate is less spiky at the gym and then I got my best blood pressure reading in years, so is it doing something? I don’t know but blech. I will finish the box and then see if heart rate/pressure goes back up.

I've been taking it for 1 week now. I sleep well and I am super focused during the day. I do crossfit and I drink it right after my workout because it really helps with recovery. I usually drink it on an empty stomach and then wait about 20-30mins before I eat. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, I just like doing it that way. I am hoping to see some reduction in belly fat in about 4 weeks or so. The taste is great, I would compare it to a very light Gatorade.

Omg this is absolutely disgusting 🤢! I tried pawning this on to my 30 year old son who grew up on Harry Potter booger flavored jelly beans and he said he’d rather eat the jelly beans. We even tried break it up into different Oz cups to add different flavors and nothing works. Did they think this through? And I bought 3 of them hoping they would be good so as I didn’t bite myself in the +++ and be left with nothing

I've taken half a packet every 2 days making my 3 pack last 8 days. I love this stuff. Just ordered the 24 pack. It has a lemony taste but I put it in my crystal light not water. My bloating has gone down and it helps calm my mind. I wanted to Waite to wright this review so i knew it wasn't just me being hyped over thinking it was working. It does and I'll be buying more.

To early to tell, only on day two. Will update at time goes on. As for the taste, it seems there no common sense anymore. If you have water enhancers squeeze a few streams in the bottle. Or sprinkle a little lemon aid non sugar in it ( dam I must be a genius think that ).
