This tool is great for your lymph nodes and assusting to help them drain. Feels so good on all areas of you face and neck. There are YouTube videos to show how to use properly. It can also help lift your face and make it glow, be sure to use with a good quality oil/lotion so the tool can glide along your skin. Love this! I recommend buying this.

If you have used portable massage tools, then you will be pleased to pack one of these with you. Weather you are a professional or just trying to get to that little spot, these can be sterilized and are hollow so you don't notice them in your pocket. Sweet little muscle Jiggs.

This was recommended to me by one of my PT friends...and its made a difference in my recovery from trigger-finger surgery. I experienced some soreness and stiffness in my middle finger and my palm after surgery and using this tool to work out some of the fascia stiffness really made a difference.
