I take this supplement as a part of my "anti-aging" effort. The tablets are easy to swallow and have no flavor to them. And I like that it's a serving size of just one capsule. The ingredients list looks good too.I suppose time will tell if it helped in anti-aging in any way ... then again, how would I know? If I live to be 90? If I live to be 100? The only true way to compare would be to have a duplicate of myself who lived the same lifestyle, ate the same foods, etc... as a control subject, and see what their outcome might be.

If research in its favor is correct, then Resveratrol is a very worthwhile antioxidant to include in the diet, one that provides anti-aging benefits for many of the body's major organ systems. Based on the nutrition label, I am assuming that these capsules are approximately 50% trans-resveratrol (the highly bioactive form recommended by nutritionists) and 50% cis-resveratrol (the more inert form less likely to be absorbed and utilized during digestion). So long as you know what you are getting, this seems like a fine resveratrol supplement to choose. I've used most of my bottle, and felt only in good health.

Ever since I started having issues with hypertension, I have been searching for more natural ways to control my blood pressure. I like how this product is USA manufactured. I would not even consider taking it, if it wasn't. It was easy to swallow, and the price of this product is affordable.I'm not going to attempt to get into all the scientific stuff about this particular resveratrol, as I certainly am no expert. I just want a product that will help me feel better, improve my health, and not have negative side effects. So far, this product seems to be doing all those things. I haven't had any adverse issues taking it and my blood pressure is indeed lower. I have been able to cut back on the amount of medication I take. Of course I monitor my blood pressure at home, and am under a doctor's guidance.Another positive is that my thinking seems to be clearer now, and I can recall things better. It has to be because of this product, because it is the only thing that has changed, or is different. I will update this review if anything new happens while taking it. Right now, I am about half way through the bottle. Seems to be a good supplement thus far.

Resveratrol has been found to possibly be one of them. It has antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties which are always needed. I drink red wine from time-to-time and always wanted to try a supplement to help with my high blood pressure and cholesterol issues.The product is made in the USA by a company who has a track record of other high rated supplements. Their factory is in the GMP certified facility & the product is 3rd party tested for quality and purity. I find that the capsules are easy to take with no after taste or side effects. I will need to trust the research for the benefits.
