Bragg Balance Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules with Ashwagandha - 90 Capsules

It came quickly. It smells a bit vinegary but not overwhelming. I have not used it long enough to say how it is working but so far it is good. Does not upset my stomach like drinking the vinegar and water mixture. Too early to tell if it helps with the cortisol levels, but willing to give it a couple of months to see. They are easy to swallow and my energy level seems to be better.

So far this has been a good product. Most ACV supplements I’ve tried have left either an aftertaste or bad burps later, but this one hasn’t at all! While obviously there’s a strong smell, there’s no taste at all. Only negative is I wish it was less pills to take. Taking 3 of just this one supplement is a bit annoying.

It’s effective for me. I feel less stress compared before even with the same or more pressure at work. I feel more grounded and balanced.

SO much better then drinking the stuff! Same results and easy to use . I liked the added herb they put in and you can definently smell the vinegar in the capsules , but not the icky taste! I have these on subscription.

This product for me personally has worked. It’s easy to order and it’s great that it is delivered right to your doorstep. I also feel that it has worked to bring down my A1c and triglycerides.. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but I’m a believer because it has worked for me.

This is a good product rather than sipping on the liquid. Take 3 and in a week and a half see some results.
