Damaged product
Product came in a box with the items (12) muffins were all smashed and crumbled! Very disappointing and upsetting! Not the way I received them before! Please replace!

terrible,overbaked
they were awful. did not even taste like cheese streusel muffins. threw them out. Will not buy anything from Otis Spunkmeyer again.Worse I ever had. they almost tasted burnt

Good buy need to pack them better
They arrived as stated. They were fresh with a long expiration date. Four stars because they could of done a better job of packing. A couple of the muffins were crushed. Otherwise it was a good buy, since our local stores don't carry banana nut muffins individually.

They are super yummy and delishhh!!!
They are amazing warmed up and my only complaint would perhaps be I was missing 3 muffins but I got all the rest of them so pretty amazing product it reminds me of when I was in a center and these were my only comfort food through being in my youth ! 💕

Box was damaged. Missing one muffin. So far all are crumbling when we open them. Taste is good. I ha e ordered these before and never had this problem.
