My only issue is that I messaged the seller as I need all of the cups replaced as because of the packaging, they all came broken. This is an issue with the packaging, as the cups are well made. But as for the material is porcelain so of course it needs to be in more protective packaging. I love love love this set, but please can the seller send me the replacement cups as I have messaged and still no answer. I contacted the seller through the Amazon website and was immediately offered a replacement, which I have received. All of this occurring (the initial delivery and the replacement) in under a week!
