VANoopee 10W Dimmable LED Track Lighting Heads H Type, White, Pack of 8

We bought these lighting heads in conjunction with other coordinating VANoopee products (and reviews were written for the other products): - the H Track Lighting Rails Kit (10FT H Type White Rails with End Caps and Live End Feed Connectors, Compatible with 120V H System, for LED Track Heads) - the H Track Floating Canopy Connector (White - Single Circuit). We have bought other track lighting systems and products over the years, so we did not have super-high expectations for this system, given the very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the entire system! We purchased the track lighting for a galley kitchen, and these heads were the perfect amount of warm light (but not yellow), were easy to install in the track (clear instructions), and were easily adjustable to throw the light exactly where we wanted it. Also, the low profile and small heads are perfect for the low ceilings in the unit where it was installed. The LED never flickers. It really is one of the most attractive and perfectly-functioning track lighting systems we have purchased, and it operates like systems that are more expensive. In fact, since the system is in a home we plan to sell, I am now making a list of rooms in our new home where this system would be the perfect task or accent lighting.

I bought these to replace older ones that had just outlived their expected life span - EASY INSTALL & NO ISSUES... removed the older lights from the track & popped these in their place & BINGO!!!... WORKED IMMEDIATELY!

This is one of the Amazon deals you look for; a great product at a great price. I only needed 3 fixtures, but after I saw the specs on the lights, I bought an 8 pack. I'll use the extras for a future track I plan to install. Lamps are well made and they include 90+ CRI bulbs! Most high CRI bulbs alone are $25-$35. CRI (Color Rendering Index) measures a light source's ability to reveal true colors compared to natural sunlight (scale of 0–100). High CRI (90+) is recommended. This makes the difference in a room's lighting being meh..., to being colorful, comfortable, and inviting. Super pleased with this purchase. Time to plan for more lighting.

Review Update: After I left my previous review, the seller immediately contacted me directly through Amazon and offered multiple solutions. I decided to opt for a full refund, which they promptly provided without me having to go through the effort of return shipping. This was a major convenience to me. They also offered to do additional troubleshooting, including checking a piece of the track I was using to check compatibility. Overall, they made the best out of a bad situation, and provided the highest level of customer service you could expect. I am revising my review because customer service is just as important as the product they are selling in a situation like this. Five star customer service! Original Review: I purchased (2) 8-packs. 8 out of 16 were dead on arrival, and 3 of the working ones are intermittent. I tested with 3 different tracks and tested the tracks with a non-LED fixture I already had, so I know the tracks are working. Also the ones that were working, when moved to a different position down the track, didn't work. And the ones that didn't work, still didn't work when moved to the track location of a working one. I think it's a combination of bad LED's and poorly engineered metal tabs that aren't lining up with the track. I reseated the non-working ones in the track many times to ensure they were making a good connection. For reference, I am using the Hamilton Bay track available at every Home Depot in the US.

Great system. Fairly easy to install. Love the simple aesthetic of the fixtures and the brightness of the lights. The tracks and fixtures are not compatible with my existing system. I removed the old system and installed this new system. The pricing of the kit was very reasonable, easy to purchase and it arrived in just a couple of days.

These lamps don't fit a normal H-track. I tried two different H-tracks. I don't understand what the problem is.

Perfect lights

These LED track light fixtures have been perfect replacements for my old halogen fixtures. Easy to install and appear to be good quality and with LED, it is not such a worry if the lights get left on (LOL) from either a power or heat perspective

I bought the VANoopee H Type Track Light in a 6 pack and 1 was (DOA) not working. The other 5 worked perfectly upon plug in. Unsure if I need to return all 6 and order another set, I reached out to customer service. Got a positive no-problem response within a few hours and a replacement was dispatched which I have received, and it works perfectly. Very pleased so far and if I needed more, I would certainly buy again.
