Definitely worth trying!
I take Vitamin C as a source to support my immune system.This and Zinc are my goto for making sure I don't get sick and one thing I often do is look for great deals on vitamins and with MAV NUTRITION Vitamin C Capsules, you get two bottles with 120 capsules each for under $20.It's a good price and you get 500MG of Vitamin C per capsule and 2000mg per serving. For adults, it is recommended that an adult gets 90 mg a day (I've read that the safe upper limit is 2000mg a day). I know for myself, I don't eat enough vegetables or fruit to get the regular daily vitamin C nor do I get a lot in my multivitamin, so I take Vitamin C daily as the ascorbic acid is known for helping the immune system, keeping skin look young and also to heal wounds quicker.For the price, the the MAV NUTRITION Vitamin C Capsules gets thumbs up from me!

You Do get the two bottles that are shown here.120 capsules in each bottle, 500 mg each. There is no taste and easy to swallow.I and hubby take 2 caps -1000 mg aday, and have not gotten sick.If we did get sick I would take 4 aday as it says to do. Sometimes your body cannot absorb thatMuch at one time, and ends up going down the toilet. If you do take 4 a day take two in morning,And two later in the day with food also.I usually buy the Ester C that does not upset my stomach, but these are not bothering my stomach also.Good price.5 stars
