I cant get the top off to add scents which makes it useless. why run it if I can't eventually replace the filter?EDIT: I would like to add, as soon as I notified Amazon for a refund, I got a new one the next day and it works perfectly. I wish the cord was a little longs as my car is a 2016 and the outlet is a bit farther away.

Not a lot of air movement, but worth what it cost. Better than filtering no air at all. Also small enough to fit in a spare cup holder.
