Noisy and inconsistent
Often says no water when there is. Noisy. It's more trouble than its worth. When it is working properly it does give Cold and hot water well hence the 2 stars.

Great value
I’ve started regular deliveries of a 5 gallon water cylinder and it fits perfectly. I haven’t tested the heating function but the room temperature and cold supplies work as expected. Although the flow could be a little faster, it’s fine for my needs, and is as I’d expect for this budget machine.

Cheap Quality, falling apart and Hot option doesn't work
Just got it. The black plastic is ripping apart by itself and the hot option doesn't work. Don't buy this and waste your money
