these work great but the pricing is all over the place with amazon. its cheaper to buy individual packets than it is to buy them in bulk.I occasionally wake up with them on my forehead or in my hair in the morning, but they keep my sinuses open for most of the night to I sleep a lot better than I do without them.i have a big beaky nose with a hump and these are the perfect size for me

I no longer have bruises in my back from the missus whacking me everytime i started snoring. Soon as I put one of these on I no longer feel any pain so they must be stopping me snoring. Fantastic product.

I do quite like these and was pretty taken aback by the difference they made - for once I know what it's like to be able to breathe normally through both nostrils. I have a pretty deviated septum and it works well to help get around that. However, they really irritate my nose, not like an allergic reaction but once they get cold throughout the night due to dropping temperatures they start to make me itchy, causing me to wake up. I would say give them a try and see, but I don't think I'll be buying these again unfortunately.

The nasal strips are good quality and can actually be used several times before the adhesive weakens. They improve the airflow and do help snoring - does not eliminate the snoring completely but that just may be in my case only.

As a heavy snorer these are lifesavers. My partner is getting better sleep and has noticed a great amount of noise reduction. I feel like I have better quality sleep, and I'm no longer waking in the night feeling unwell due to interrupted REM sleep. The only downside is they do tend to leave a sticky slimy residue on the nose after removal, which can dry your skin even after cleaning it off, however a good moisturiser (e45) and skin cleanser will help clean and protect the skin. 5 stars as this product has helped me sleep a lot sounder at night

Doesn’t work

Had difficulty keeping them stuck down for the night, one side always lifts up. Unlike the ones that I have bought from boots, the same breath right but in different colour packaging to these.disappointed!

This product is not for the really sensitive skin ones, the glue is quite strong, while if you are the type of person the stuff your face in the pillow, then the functionality is relative. For me, they didn't work, I'm too fat and the next morning even with water help is still a bit uncomfortable to remove them. 5 stars because the leaflet inside presented all these possible outcomes before applying them.
