brilliant supplement
I loved this supplement, it helped me and my thyroid to get sorted and I liked that everything in it was such good quality. It's just a shame it is so expensive as really can't afford to have it consistently like I'd like as I take few other supplements as well.

Too expensive
The product is good (contains active forms of vitamins unlike so many other supplements), but it's way too expensive. I won't be buying it again for this reason.

The difference to my life is amazing so far.
After suffering low energy, crazy mood swings with PMDD symptoms, breast cancer and cervical cancer scares at the gran old age of 40 I decided to try and understand why all these things were happening. I had a long period of stress, and my diet has not been as good as it could have been although probably most people would say it was good. I found out I have the MTHFR gene mutation, which has caused many issues on my maternal blood line: hypothyroid, endometriosis, adhd, autism, mental health conditions, addictions etc. I read extensively about this before making this purchase and I am amazed. The brain fog that plagued me every day has gone, I no longer utter the words "I am so tired" every day, and long gone are the lunchtime naps I needed to get through the day. It cannot all be put down to this supplement but I am convinced it has played a big role, knowing my body does not metabolise folic acid in anyway and my body was probably deficient in folates, it has helped tremendously.It is advised that you detox your body first, so I started green juicing every day too along with taking curcumin, electrolytes and probiotics. My gut health has already improved, my skin looks better, my moods have stabilised, and I feel calm. I will be interested to see if my moods remain stable, especially around the time of the month. Cannot rate this high enough, especially people who have the mthfr mutation.
