Works excellent in my bread recipes. Some breads I make in my kitchenarm 29-1 bread machine requires extra gluten.

Keto bread that taste like bread!
We have been trying to make a wheat free bread (keto), and wanted to use almond flour instead. This product did the job! The dough raised well, and tasted like bread, and not like cake!

I’m very happy with this vital wheat gluten. It made a noticeable difference in my homemade bread. I used about 1½ tablespoons for a 1.5 kg batch of dough, and the bread came out much softer, fluffier, and with a better texture. It was easy to use and worked exactly as I hoped. I’ll definitely keep buying it and highly recommend it to anyone who bakes bread at home.
