I wasn't sure why u should buy cordyceps just bc inhea rd the hype around the Last of US series. But when I saw it could be used before a workout and for energy, I thought I'd give it a try. I took first 2 days an hour before the gym and had really nice endurance! A noticeable improvement I can measure on my fitbit. I took today first thing on empty stomach bc I had poor sleep and didn't want to get up, felt tired, sluggish. In about an hour or less I began having a wake-up that black tea alone doesn't give me in the morning anymore! The feeling is unique. I can't explain it, but I can feel it is the cordyceps bc I know my body and mind and energy levels very well, I do go to the gym almost daily, and I've been struggling to taper off some meds and having low energy as a result, and also very depressed. It suppresses my appetite, and I can feel it in my stomach, a kind of existential nausea... idk how to explain it. A new feeling, and I know this isn't placebo. I went from being the walking dead to deciding to hit the gym on a day I was really thinking of staying in bed. I don't expect fast results from anything, but this has a unique feeling to it that isn't like any other substance. So I do know I have this restless energy and have to keep moving! If it has benefits on cognition, I'll find out later, I guess? But so far, as a pre-workout and energy first thing on empty stomach, it will wake me up and give me endurance and energy like nothing else I've tried! Very impressive, esp since it worked the first day but bc each subsequent day has had better effects, more noticeable. Very happy. I like it!

These are actually really good to use. They go well with other supplements but still talk to your doctor first. No weird smell or after taste

This supplement does exactly what it says it will do. I bought it in 2023 used it but put it in my supplement draw. I found it a few weeks ago and Honey, it still does everything that it says! It's not rancid and has maintained the nice powder as it had. *I am in no way suggesting that you take 2.5 year old supplements*

If you need Turkey Tail extract supplements, these do not indicate extract. Some Double Wood mushroom supplements (Reishi, Cordyceps) are extracts, some aren't. For Turkey Tail, there are important uses that stipulate extract, so I would have paid more for that. These were for a friend and we switched him to Real Mushrooms Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract Powder supplements
