This is a great little machine. It is easy to operate and control. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase. No problems with shipping. Arrived on time and intact. Very easy to unpack and assemble. Nothing really to assemble. The dash display is very bright and easy to read. Plenty of lights all around to make you visible to others. I have this scooter now over a year. Still no issues or problems. Just enjoying the heck riding it. I sort of added some flair to it.

What I really liked about this purchase is that it came all assembled. But now since having it I am really enjoying it. It is saving me money by not having to drive my car everywhere. It has a couple of compartments to carry stuff in. It only goes 15 miles per hour so not "road worthy", but the visibility of the scooter is very good with a nice lighting system - albeit I wished the head light were just a little bit brighter. It also has an anti-theft security system. So if you live in a community that has things close - shopping, etc. this would be a good investment.

This scooter handles rough roads quite well, I’m over 400lbs, it’s hard to find mobility scooters that can handle my weight and drive rough terrain. I’ve taken this scooter on hiking trails, to the beach and grocery shopping. It performed great on all the different terrains, through sand, over rocks and roots, low ones but it still goes over them, doesn’t bounce you around much plus it looks sporty people compliment me on this scooter all the time. It has issues keeping a steady max speed of 15mph with my weight but my son has taken it for a joy ride and it gets 15 mph no problem. I love this scooter, I’ve had it for a year now and have had it in many different terrains with no issues. My only negative, the decorations like the front emblem fell off easy, got lost and the mat kept falling off, I was going to glue it down but lost it before I could. But that’s the only negative I have

Scooter is great, instruction manual is worthless. Could not figure out how to access the breaker switch. I emailed Amazon and within 2 hours someone called me with correct instructions. The breaker switch is under the seat. I deducted one star because of the instruction manual.

When I first got this scooter I just loved it. It had good power and ran well. Now just too much later it won't charge fully and it won't keep running. I have to stop and start continuously to keep it going. Update: customer service is excellent. customer service contacted me immediately. The customer service rep was able to see it was a charger problem and sent a new one right away. Charging fine now and running great! I'm very happy with the scooter and customer service.

When I received it, it was damaged, yet I felt it was too much trouble to send it back the scooter.
