I dont normally leave many reviews but I really liked this product.I was after Argan oil as my skin is dry and feel irritated from shaving and I heard it could help.I found that Ocean D'Argan had other oils as well as Argan such as Geranium oil etc and obviously the gold on it, which Im not sure if it did anything but certainly has a certain appeal.I was pleasantly surprised about the smell as my girlfriend has had other pure Argan oils which stunk and this one was very pleasant.Ive used it a couple of times this week and my skin feels hydrated and certainly better than with previous creams Ive used. Ive been using it at night, which is how they mentioned you should use it, as with any oil it will leave your skin a little shiny for a while so if it is before going to bed is not a problem.

The smell of the oil is too oily, sometimes this happens if the product was not stored properly, also the bottle and pipette look a bit cheap for the price

I use this lovely smelling oil in the evening before going to bed. It absorbs really quickly and leaves my skin feeling nurtured and soft. I only need 3 to 4 drops per usage which means that it lasts a long time. Also great on brittled nails and rough hands. Love it!

This is amazing! It makes you’re skin feel so silky but isn’t atall oily. My complexion has been so much clearer since using it. You only need a tiny bit so I still have loads left even though though I’ve had it almost 2 months 👍🏼 It also smells delicious!

I absolutely love how this serum makes my skin feel, it gives it a natural glow, but doesn’t make it greasy. And the packaging is pretty too, perfect as a gift:

I had high hopes of this product but was bitterly disappointed. The scent was not of geranium but of grapeseed oil. The consistency was quite heavy for a serum and I can only assume I was sent a faulty batch. I use several of their other products and find them very good.Perhaps the company could let me know if I was expecting too much and this was indeed a faulty product.

I received this product free for review purposes.This facial serum came packaged in a glossy card box with slip outer.Inside, a decorated card insert holding a 15ml glass dropper bottle which contained a clear, straw coloured fluid with 8 - 10 tiny fragments of yellow metallic leaf held in the suspension.The stated ingredients comprising the fluid are as follows: Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Plukenetia volubilis seed oil, Tocopherol, Pelargonium graveolens oil, gold, citronellol, geraniol, linalool.Although a PAO symbol was displayed, there was no stated batch number declared on the outer sleeve. A batch number was located on the base of the bottle.This product is stated to have been made in Spain, and has (rather clumsily) translated English instructions for use, and a glaringly obvious typographical error.For a 'high end' cosmetic product, expectations both of product, and its packaging are justifiably high and in this case the expectation has not been met.UPDATE: July 2016. I have been assured by the distributors of the product that these issues surrounding packaging are currently being addressed, and for that reason I am editing and updating this review.The product is described as a facial serum.On application, it has a pleasant initial fragrance of geranium leaf and citrus. The fragrance quickly evaporated from my skin. The oils were adsorbed (rather than absorbed) onto the epidermis within a few minutes. I applied the product to the inside of my forearm initially. I did experience a slight warming of my skin starting approximately half an hour after application and still apparent some time later which was not unpleasant, although it was puzzling. There was no evidence of any erythematous reaction or inflammation on the application site.My skin type is fair, European and not particularly sensitive.These oils are neutral and highly refined. Over the course of further applications these oils to appear to be having a softening and smoothing effect on the upper skin layers without any adverse effects and accordingly I have upgraded the star rating.

This is the nicest oil I have used for my face. I have been applying it every night instead of moisturiser. I have really bad combination skin but this has really helped my skin to moisturise at night and therefore produce less oil during the day! Not too greasy at all and is absorbed well. Would definitely recommend for combination skin.
