Q: How long do we need to wait before eating?

I did it before bed, so I did not eat until the morning.

Q: How can I loosen the adhesive? Mine tear into pieces when removing.

They can be a little tricky to remove. I start at one end and slowly pull and they end up coming off in one piece. I bet some cold water might firm it up also making it easier to remove.

For me, i used them every other night for a week before a wedding, saw a difference. Now i use 1x -2x per week to maintain so the box last awhile for me.

Q: do your teeth stay white stay white? and for how long?

I used the strips once- I could hardly get them off my teeth - something is wrong with the way these are manufactured in that they don’t want to come off your teeth. When I did get them off, finally, I had white spotty patches- these are not the best out there and I returned. HIsmile is a much better option
