I got the RoyalBaby Freestyle Kids Bike (20 inch, pink) for my daughter, and she’s over the moon with it! It’s been such a hit, and I’m super impressed with how well-made and easy to set up this bike is—definitely a great pick for kids ages 6-10.Right out of the box, this bike was a breeze to put together. It came about 95% pre-assembled, so I just had to attach the handlebars, seat, pedals, and fenders. The instructions were clear, and it took maybe 15 minutes. The pink color is vibrant and exactly what my daughter wanted—she loves showing it off! The BMX-inspired design looks sporty and cool, and it comes with a water bottle and holder, which she thinks is the best part.The bike feels sturdy with its steel frame and 2.4-inch wide tires, which give her great stability on pavement and even some light gravel in our neighborhood. The dual hand brakes are a big plus—no coaster brake here, which I love because it’s easier for her to get the hang of stopping smoothly. Other parents on Amazon mentioned the brakes are well-adjusted from the factory, and I found that to be true; they worked perfectly right away. The adjustable seat and handlebars are awesome since she’s still growing, so this bike should last her a few years.My daughter says it’s comfy to ride, though some reviews noted the seat can be a bit hard, so we might add a gel cover later. It’s a little heavy compared to pricier bikes, but she’s 8 and handles it just fine. The kickstand is handy for parking, and the bell adds a fun touch she loves ringing. We had a small issue with one tire arriving slightly underinflated, but a quick pump fixed it—no big deal.For the price, this bike is a steal, especially with all the features and solid build. This bike has been perfect for my daughter. It was easy to assemble, and the build quality has held up really well. After six months of use, she had a minor accident and broke the brake lever. I reached out to Royalbaby, hoping to purchase a replacement part — and to my surprise, they sent one out completely free of charge. Outstanding customer service!

This bike is perfect for a five year old! It rides incredibly smooth with having wider wheels and manners very easily. It is made out of quality materials, is sturdy, and a great value. Our five year old loved the pink, and we added a small bike basket to give it a fun accent. It’s a very sharp looking bike. I would recommend this purchase!

Great bike….BUT….this bike was for my 7 year old grandson. The words baby are written on bike and tires . They show the word freestyle on one side of bike. They should leave it at that and not add the “baby”. Everything else about the bike was great

Well made boys bike. The best thing I liked was that 95% of the bike was put together in the box. The only thing I had to add to the bike where the handlebars which was an easy connection and the bike pedals and the reflector and the bell. The instructions could have been a little bit more clear but I was able to put the bike together within an hour. Only plastic on bike were fenders, which will help keep water from spraying up onto clothes.

This is the third bike we have bought for our grandkids and friends son. They are great quality and make for a nice first bike for toddlers who are growing fast. They're a good price and quality is awesome. The kids love them and they can take a beating, plus they love them so much it also helps them to learn to take care of their stuff. Great bikes!! I definitely recommend them and will continue to buy them.

We purchased this bike for our son who just learned to ride a bike this summer. We decided on the Freestyle 5 because of the front and back hand brakes versus the pedal brakes most kids bikes offer. He has an older brother who has a mountain bike that changes gears and can pedal backwards. This was a good compromise to getting him a bike that fit him without needing the different gears at his age.About 2 months into riding his bike the chain started falling off every single time he rode it. I tried everything I could think of and even things YouTube suggested with getting the tension correct. It didn’t change anything, the chain kept coming off. It really seemed like the bearings had dirt or sand in them and it was in an enclosed casing that I couldn’t access with the tools I have. My son was disappointed, sad, and mad because even if he rode his bike for a few minutes to play with friends he was left behind when his chain would inevitably come off.I decided as a last ditch effort to reach out to RoyalBaby and find out if they had parts I could purchase to get him back on his bike. After a few weeks and several emails back and forth RoyalBaby sent us a whole new bike! I was flabbergasted! We could not be more happy with how the customer service department has helped us with this issue. We are beyond grateful and I don’t want to sound like we are not but I just want to mention we were sent the Freestyle 3 which has a different braking system than that of the Freestyle 5. The 3 has the coasting pedal brakes you push back to stop with and the 5 has the front and back hand brakes.Depending on your child and what they prefer to do when they brake while biking is what bike I would suggest to purchase. They look almost identical besides the way you stop. I would definitely recommend this bike brand and their customer service has been extraordinary!UPDATE- I switched my 4 star to a 5 star review. I had emailed RoyalBaby back thanking them for the bike and politely letting them know it was not the same model and we would do our best with the model they sent us but my son is not use to the pedal coasting brakes so he was having a hard time with it.THEY SENT ANOTHER BIKE IN THE CORRECT MODEL!!! I cannot say more nice things about the customer service of this company! They went above and beyond and we are so grateful for them rectifying a situation that may or may not have been a manufacturer defect! Thank you so much Royalbaby! We will be telling everyone we know about your bikes!!
