I bought the energy and recovery ones. You can easily eat them as snacks ( which I did without realizing all 30 was gone ) The energy although 3 days, I felt calmer but more active (I had severe migraine attack). I wish it was a little cheaper as $130 every 3 months is expensive. if you take recovery one ( which is amazing) it is $260 for 3 months.

I tried the Energy Bits and they did not disappoint! I felt more “awake”, curbed my hunger, and gave me a subtle energy lift. I only take three at a time first thing in the morning and still felt the positive effects. Reordered before I ran out!!

I saw these on a Dr. Boz video, and if she recommends it, im very likely to try it! And this product did not disappoint! O feel like it indeed give me a good amount of energy. I have ordered the product 3 times now. I am very interested in trying their other products now, seeing how well I was affected by the energy bits! Recommended dose is 10 tablets per day, so the big bag lasts 100 days at $130. So for $1.30 per day you get great energy ( cheaper than a cup of coffee), no crash and clean food. NOTE if you chew the tablets, be ready for lots of brushing and flossing afterward! Have used colórela in the past, however never so clean and without juices/smoothie contents.

Only giving 4 stars since I don't know the effects yet. I only just started taking these, and only a few a day simply due to cost. What I can say for sure is that, while they taste fine, they're difficult to chew because they get stuck in my teeth. I'd rather chew them, but now just swallow them with water instead. Will continue using. And hopefully can snag some whenever they're on sale! (I only purchased the sample packs)

Bought the two pack for my husband and me. Didn’t have the energy claimed. Took the maximum 30 tablets in one pack. Frankly felt no difference than before the pills. Expensive for what they are. Ended up just buying a packet of the Spirulina Chlorella tablets the next purchase since I didn’t get the value of the bites.

Great product it's as advertised and will leave you feeling refreshed and healthy knowing you made another smart decision with many benefits to come!!!!

Pretty bad taste, hard to take everyday. I've heard good things about spiralina for years. Would much rather have capsule form. Saw Dr Phil eat these and he said the taste was not bad. Not true in my opinion.

The product as described,& its a quality product,I used it before but I refused it due to delivery issues,the parcel was left outside in the heat having a red tag & was open,so I wish the amason management can help us in this area to implement food safety policy as seaweed or any food cannot be left unattended outside in the heat
